Chocolate muffin with milk, almonds and nougat

Ingredients (6 muffins):

220g flour
50g brown sugar
50g sugar
1 punch of salt
½ baking powder
100g Villars milk chocolate with roasted almonds and nougat
200 ml milk (+ ½ tsp of lemon juice, leave to stand for 10mins)
1 egg
40g melted butter
3 tbsp honey

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the egg and milk in another container then add the butter and pour the liquid into the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix together using a rubber spatula.

The mix should be even but should not be over mixed. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin (or paper muffin cases) and place in the oven for 25-30mins at 190°C (fan oven if possible).

Prick the muffins with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the muffins are done.
