Milk chocolate cream jar

Ingredients :

• For 4 to 6 desserts
• 160g of milk chocolate (8 squares)
• 5 egg yolks
• 30g of sugar
• 2.5 dl of milk
• 1 lemon (1 teaspoon of zest)
• A pinch of cinnamon powder
• A knob of butter


Recipe :

1/ Preheat the oven to 150°C
2/ Beat the egg yolks and the sugar until the mixture whitens
3/ Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, or else 2 minutes in the microwave at medium power
4/ Boil the milk and leave the cinnamon and grated lemon zest to infuse for about 5 minutes
5/ Mix the chocolate into the egg yolk and sugar mixture. Add the hot milk.
6/ Pour the mixture into small buttered moulds.
7/ Cook in the oven at 160°C for 25 minutes in a bain marie so that they cook gently.
8/ Eat warm.
