Soft Chocolate Cake with Damson-Brandyfilling

Ingredients :
•120g dark chocolate • 3 eggs • 80g sugar • 60g butter • 1 teaspoon of flour • 4 squares of bitter sweet Chocolate with Damson-Brandyfilling • 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Receipt :
1/ Melt the dark chocolate in a warm water bath with butter. 2/ Add sugar, eggs and flour. 3/ Mix well 4/ Butter six moulds (ramekin or silicone) 5/ Fill the moulds half way with the mixture 6/ Incorporate 1 square of Damson bitter sweet chocolate 7/ Cover it with the mixture. 8/ Bake 7 minutes in the oven at 210 °. 9/ Sprinkle with icing sugar for decoration.
