When will my order be shipped?

Delivery outside Switzerland: all orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day by DHL. Delivery is 1-2 working days after. |

Delivery costs are calculated by weight of shipment and country of delivery. They are calculated automatically. |

Can I request a specific delivery date? |
When placing your order you can indicate the date you wish to receive delivery. Please note that under no circumstances can this date be guaranteed. | |||

Villars declines all responsibility for any delays, any errors in the delivery address, and any damage to the goods in transit. |

| What happens if I change my mind and want to suspend my order during ordering? | You can suspend your order at any stage right up until you click on “buy”, even if you have already given your invoicing address and bank card details. |

Can I subsequently modify or cancel an order?

| Can my message be printed on a congratulations card? | Of course. Chocolat Villars offers you a greetings card free of charge, on which we will retranscribe your message. |
