1. Delivery in Switzerland

Who is the carrier and how long does delivery take?

Deliveries in Switzerland are made using first-class Swiss Post.
The charges correspond to the rates of the Swiss Post Office, viz. 8.00CHF up to 2 kg and 10.00CHF for 2kg to 5kg.
Via Swiss Post your shipment will be delivered within 48-72 hours* excluding weekends and bank holidays.
*These delivery times are from the day you order and if it was placed before 4pm. For orders placed after 4pm you may need to add 24 hours to the delivery time.

What happens if I am out when the delivery is made?

If you are out the postman will leave an attempted delivery notice in your letter box.
In order to collect your parcel you need to go the post office with this notice and your ID.

The charges correspond to the rates DHL charge, and depend upon the weight of your order and country of delivery.
Via Swiss Post your shipment will be delivered within 48-72 hours* excluding weekends and bank holidays.
*These delivery times are from the day you order if it you place it before 3pm. For orders placed after 3pm you may need to add 24 hours to the delivery time.
